You understand and agree that your application to share your Alumni Story is voluntary in nature and that any Personal Information that you choose to provide (including your photograph) is optional and will be shared publicly and used for marketing purposes by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (“KPU”). KPU collects your Personal Information under section 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FIPPA”), R.S.B.C. 1996, c.165 for the purposes of reviewing your Alumni Story and for sharing it publicly in any materials, on social media, print and online advertisements, billboards, websites or elsewhere, for the purpose of administering, facilitating and promoting KPU.
